When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and optionally your phone number. When you use MyStage, we store the data you provide: your artist profile, bookings, contacts, contracts, financial records, setlists, and portfolio items.
Your data is used solely to provide the MyStage service. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We use your email to send account notifications (verification, password resets, booking confirmations).
If you enable your public artist profile (EPK), your stage name, bio, genre, location, portfolio items, and social links are visible to anyone with the link. Your email, phone, financial data, contracts, and private bookings are never shown publicly.
Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Supabase with encryption at rest. The application is hosted on Vercel. Uploaded files (photos, audio, contracts) are stored securely and accessible only to you unless you explicitly share them.
We use: Google OAuth for sign-in (optional), Africa's Talking for SMS verification (optional), and Vercel for hosting. Each service has its own privacy policy.
You can export or delete your data at any time by contacting us at hello@mystage.ke. You can delete your account and all associated data from Settings.
For privacy questions, email hello@mystage.ke.
