By creating an account on MyStage (mystage.ke), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
MyStage provides tools for artists to manage their career: electronic press kits, booking management, financial tracking, contract storage, release planning, and fan management. The service is currently provided free of charge.
You retain full ownership of all content you upload (music, photos, contracts, financial data). We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to store and display your content as necessary to provide the service.
You agree not to: use the service for illegal purposes, upload content that infringes others' rights, attempt to access other users' data, or abuse the platform (spam, automated attacks, or excessive resource consumption).
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at hello@mystage.ke if you suspect unauthorized access.
MyStage is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from the use of the platform. We recommend keeping local backups of important documents like contracts.
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
